Questions
Is a lab-grown diamond real?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is real diamond: the same carbon crystal, hardness and sparkle as a mined one, grown above ground instead of mined. Every centre stone we quote, lab-grown or natural, comes with a GIA or IGI report.
What if it doesn't fit?
Resizes are free for life, one size up or down per resize, as set out in our Lifetime Promise. If your design can’t be resized (for example a full eternity band), we’ll tell you before you approve the CAD, and size it carefully up front.
How does the deposit work?
Nothing is paid until you've approved a written quote and a CAD render of your ring. A deposit then starts production; your written quote sets out the amount and how the balance is paid.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes. You approve a CAD render of your ring, and can ask for changes, before you pay any deposit.
Can I return a custom ring?
Custom pieces are made to your brief, so there are no change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty items always apply. See our returns policy.
Where is my ring made?
In our family workshop in India, from stone to setting. It's then insured and shipped to your door in Australia, signed for on delivery.
