Gold and platinum pick up micro-scratches over time — that's normal wear. Send your piece to us once a year and our craftspeople will ultrasonic-clean, steam-clean and hand-polish it back to its original lustre, then return it fully insured — complimentary.

Common Questions
Does the lifetime warranty cover accidental damage?
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects only — loose prongs from substandard setting, solder failures, structural cracks. Accidental damage (loss, theft, knocks that chip a diamond) is covered by home and contents or specialist jewellery insurance. We can provide a valuation certificate to help you get insured.
How do I claim the free resize?
Contact us and we'll send you a pre-paid, insured satchel. Post your ring back in it and we'll complete the resize and return it to you fully insured within 5 business days — no need to leave home.
Is the Trade-Up Credit transferable?
The credit applies to the original purchaser. However, the lifetime warranty is transferable to a partner on engagement rings — because we know how proposals work.
What counts as 'original, unmodified condition' for the trade-up?
The original centre stone must be present. The setting must not have been structurally altered by a third-party jeweller. Normal wear is expected and accepted. We'll assess on arrival — our promise is to be fair.
