Gold and platinum pick up micro-scratches over time — that's normal wear. Bring your piece in once a year and our craftspeople will ultrasonic-clean, steam-clean and hand-polish it back to its original lustre, complimentary.

Common Questions
Does the lifetime warranty cover accidental damage?
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects only — loose prongs from substandard setting, solder failures, structural cracks. Accidental damage (loss, theft, knocks that chip a diamond) is covered by home and contents or specialist jewellery insurance. We can provide a valuation certificate to help you get insured.
How do I claim the free resize?
Book a complimentary appointment at our Melbourne or Sydney workshop, or post your ring to us in the insured satchel we send you. We'll complete the resize and return it fully insured within 5 business days.
Is the Trade-Up Credit transferable?
The credit applies to the original purchaser. However, the lifetime warranty is transferable to a partner on engagement rings — because we know how proposals work.
What counts as 'original, unmodified condition' for the trade-up?
The original centre stone must be present. The setting must not have been structurally altered by a third-party jeweller. Normal wear is expected and accepted. We'll assess on arrival — our promise is to be fair.
