How to Return
Contact our team
Email hello@avelyngold.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with a pre-paid Australia Post label.
Ship your piece back
Pack the item in its original Avelyngold box, attach the pre-paid label, and drop it at any Australia Post outlet. Your return is insured from the moment we issue the label — no risk to you.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 1–2 business days after delivery), we process your full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Exclusions
Our 30-day return policy covers all standard catalogue pieces. The following are excluded:
- Bespoke and custom-order pieces— pieces designed to a customer’s personal specification (including ring builder orders and fully custom commissions) are non-returnable once production has begun.
- Final-sale items— any item marked “final sale” or sold during a clearance event is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Engraved pieces — personalised engraving voids return eligibility (exchanges for sizing issues are still available).
- Items showing signs of wear or damage — pieces must be returned in unworn, original condition. We reserve the right to decline returns where the piece has been altered, worn, or damaged after delivery.
