By accessing or using the Avelyngold website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Australian law.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or place orders. Continued use of the website after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All prices displayed on avelyngold.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% where applicable, in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors — if a price was clearly incorrect and you have not yet been shipped the item, we will contact you before proceeding.

All jewellery is made to order. Catalogue images and 3D renders are representative. Minor variations in metal finish, diamond face-up appearance, and overall dimensions may occur within the tolerances of fine jewellery manufacturing.

Diamond certificates (GIA, IGI) describe the stone as graded in the laboratory. Natural diamond has inherent variation — slight inclusions, colour nuance, and proportions within the graded range are normal and not grounds for return where they are consistent with the certificate.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed (and a binding contract formed) only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order — for example, if a diamond becomes unavailable or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment details, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Avelyngold does not store your card number.

Coupon codes reduce the payable amount as described. Coupons may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Coupon misuse or fraudulent redemption will result in order cancellation and account suspension.

Custom and bespoke orders may require a deposit at the time of order placement. Deposit terms will be communicated during the custom order process.

Standard made-to-order pieces have a production lead time of approximately 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. Custom and bespoke commissions typically require 6–10 weeks. We will communicate lead times during checkout and by email.

Shipping is via insured Australia Post (domestic) or DHL Express (international). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If you provide an incorrect address and the parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery costs are your responsibility.

We offer a 30-day return window on all standard catalogue orders, subject to the exclusions and conditions detailed in our Returns & Exchanges policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Your rights under these Terms are in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including rights to a remedy for major failures (refund, replacement, or repair) and for goods not of acceptable quality.

All content on this website — including text, photography, CAD renders, video, design files, brand assets, logo, and software — is owned by or licensed to Avelyngold and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Australia and applicable international treaties.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

If you submit user-generated content (reviews, photos, or inquiries), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Avelyngold’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy which you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at avelyngold.com.au/terms-of-service with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify registered customers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the website or placement of a new order after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
