How We Work
Avelyngold is an online-only, made-to-order atelier serving customers across Australia. We don’t run a high-street showroom — instead, every enquiry is handled personally and we reply within one business day.
Our team works Australian Eastern time (AEST / AEDT). “Business day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Response Times
Private Consultations
As a made-to-order jeweller, we work by appointment rather than from a high-street showroom. There’s nothing to visit in person — instead we offer private consultations by video or phone, wherever you are in Australia, so we can give your piece our full attention from first sketch to finished jewellery.
