The vast majority of Avelyngold orders qualify for free shipping. Orders below $500 ship at a flat rate of $15 Australia-wide. No exceptions, no zip-code surcharges.

Full DHL Express door-to-door service with real-time tracking. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient as per destination country rules.
Estimated Delivery Times
Times are business days after dispatch, not after order placement. Production time (3–5 weeks for made-to-order pieces) is additional — see the Bespoke Orders section below. All times are estimates based on Australia Post / DHL published targets.

Tracking
You’ll receive a dispatch email with your Australia Post or DHL tracking number the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Track in real time at auspost.com.au or dhl.com.
Insurance & Protection
Every Avelyngold order is insured for its full declared value from the moment it leaves our dispatch centre until it arrives at your door. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund your order in full — no claim forms for you to fill out.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Made-to-order pieces require a production lead time of 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. Fully custom commissions (through our ring builder or bespoke inquiry process) typically require 6–10 weeks, depending on design complexity.
Shipping time is additional to production time. Your dispatch confirmation email will arrive when your piece is ready and on its way — we’ll also send production milestone updates for custom orders.
