Times are business days after dispatch, not after order placement. Production time is additional and depends on what you order: catalogue made-to-order pieces take 10–14 business days, bespoke commissions 3–5 weeks, and fully custom commissions 6–10 weeks — see the Bespoke Orders section below. All times are estimates based on Australia Post published targets.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with your Australia Post tracking number the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Track in real time at auspost.com.au.
Insurance & Protection
Every Avelyngold order is insured for its full declared value from the moment it leaves our dispatch centre until it arrives at your door. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund your order in full — no claim forms for you to fill out.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
A catalogue piece made to order takes 10–14 business days to produce. A bespoke commission — a catalogue design adapted to your specification — requires a production lead time of 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. Fully custom commissions (through our ring builder or bespoke inquiry process) typically require 6–10 weeks, depending on design complexity.
Shipping time is additional to production time. Your dispatch confirmation email will arrive when your piece is ready and on its way — we’ll also send production milestone updates for custom orders.
