Which retailers do you price-match?
We match prices from any authorised Australian GIA/IGI-certified diamond retailer — including GS Diamonds, Cullen Jewellery, Temple & Grace, Kavalri, and most online boutiques. We do not match grey-market sellers, overseas retailers, or uncertified stones.
Does the price-match apply to lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We match both natural and lab-grown diamond prices from comparable AU retailers, provided the stone carries a GIA or IGI certificate.
What if the competitor runs a sale or flash promotion?
We match genuine published prices, including sale prices — as long as the stock is verifiably available at the time of your inquiry.
Can I price-match a setting or ring?
Our price-match covers certified loose diamonds only. For ring settings, ask us about our bespoke pricing — we're often competitively priced without needing a formal match.
Is there a limit to how much you'll match?
No cap. If a reputable AU retailer is genuinely listing the same stone for less, we'll match it.
